Where are you located?

We are located at 3400 SW Washington Street in Peoria. You can view the map here for directions.

Can I pick up my order at your location? What are your hours?

Yes. We are open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m to pick up your orders. We also have Free local freight with $50.00 minimum purchase.

What are my payment options?

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.) We also accept checks and offer credit terms for approved accounts. Contact us for a credit application.

Do you sell to the general public or do we need to open an account with Carter Paper & Packaging?

Good news – we DO sell to the general public! If you would like to have your order history recorded in our computer system, we will give you a few forms to fill out and set up an account for you for future reference.

Are my purchases subject to sales tax?

Applicable taxes will be charged on your full purchase unless we have a tax certificate on file. If you have a tax-exempt form on file with us, you will not be charged tax on any of your purchases unless you change the tax status of the item to “yes” at checkout.

How do I get a tax-exempt form?

You may request a tax-exempt form by calling 309-637-7711 or 800-791-7711. Carter Paper & Packaging must have this form on file for your company in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

How do I obtain a quote?

A: Carter Paper & Packaging offers special quotes for large orders and custom items. Please contact us at 309-637-7711 for a quote or to schedule an appointment.

Do you have a showroom?

No, but every effort will be made for you to see a product, if needed, before purchase. Samples can also be sent from our vendors.

Can I add my purchase order number to my order?

A: Yes. At checkout you have an opportunity of adding your purchase order number to your order.

How will my order ship?

A: Your order will ship in the most economical way available based upon what you purchased and your location.

Can I return products?

A: Yes. Items must be in full units and in the original packaging in resalable condition. No partial units or special orders may be returned for credit. Restocking charges may apply. Please contact us for return instructions.

Is your website secure?

A: Absolutely. We use Veri-Sign 128-bit encryption security and also subscribe to Hacker Safe. To maintain security on your account, never share your password with anyone and make sure to log out of our site and close the browser on shared terminals.
