Job Responsibilities:

Supplier Communication and Order Management:

  • Develop proficiency in following up with suppliers and checking order statuses.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Contact and nurture relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls and emails.
  • Assist walk-in customers with placing orders and pickups, providing excellent customer service.

 

Account Receivable Processing:

  • Process account receivable checks efficiently and accurately.

 

Website Management and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update the company website shopping cart.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and insights into website improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media and advertising initiatives.

 

Utilization of Software Tools:

  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
  • Assist in managing the enterprise resource planning software (ERP) for sales quotes and order tracking.
  • Utilize computerized ERP software programs for various tasks.
  • Paid on-the-job training provided.

 

Sales Support and Product Research:

  • Assist the sales team by researching products based on customer needs.

Content Improvement and Sample Requests:
